Refund Policy

At Compound Performance & Wellness LLC ("Compound PW," "we," "us," or "our"), we deliver training and nutrition services that require significant time, planning, and professional expertise. This includes both our personalized 1-on-1 coaching and our self-guided template programs. Because of the nature of these digital and service-based products, all sales are final and non-refundable.

By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.

1. All Sales Are Final

All purchases — including personalized 1-on-1 coaching, nutrition programming, and self-guided template programs — are final at the time of payment. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once a purchase is completed.

This applies whether or not you access, download, use, or participate in any portion of the program.

2. Self-Guided Template Programs

Self-guided template programs are digital products delivered electronically. Because access is granted immediately upon purchase and the program can be viewed, downloaded, or copied right away, no refunds will be issued for template program purchases under any circumstances, including but not limited to:

Change of mind after purchase
Purchasing the wrong program
Deciding the program is not the right fit
Failure to access, start, or complete the program
Duplicate or accidental purchases

3. 1-on-1 Coaching & Custom Programming

Personalized coaching involves onboarding, consultation, intake review, and individualized program design that begins as soon as you enroll. Following purchase, clients are scheduled for onboarding (via Zoom or equivalent), which may include platform setup (e.g., TrainHeroic), review of intake forms and goals, and discussion of program structure. All required intake forms must be completed prior to onboarding, and initial programming is typically delivered within approximately 24 hours of onboarding.

Because this work begins immediately and reflects time and labor that cannot be recovered, all 1-on-1 coaching and custom programming purchases are non-refundable, including for non-participation, lack of engagement, missed sessions, or failure to follow provided guidance.

4. Non-Participation

Failure to use, access, or participate in any program does not qualify you for a refund. This includes, without limitation, lack of engagement or adherence, missed training sessions or weeks, and failure to follow provided gu
