Refund Policy

At Compound Performance & Wellness LLC (“Compound PW,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), all training and nutrition programs are customized and require time, planning, and professional input. As such, refunds are not automatic and are evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

 

1. Program Delivery & Onboarding

Following purchase, clients will be scheduled for an onboarding session (via Zoom or equivalent platform), which may include:

  • Platform setup (e.g., TrainHeroic or equivalent)

  • Review of intake forms and client goals

  • Discussion of expectations, communication, and program structure

All required intake forms must be completed prior to the onboarding session.

Following onboarding, clients can expect their initial programming (training and/or nutrition, where applicable) to be delivered within approximately 24 hours.

Once any portion of a program has been delivered, uploaded, or made accessible, refunds are not guaranteed and will be subject to internal review.

 

2. Non-Participation

Failure to use, access, or participate in the program does not qualify for a refund. This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Lack of engagement or adherence

  • Missed training sessions or weeks

  • Failure to follow provided guidance or communication processes

 

3. Injury or Medical Circumstances

If a client becomes injured or medically unable to continue participation:

  • Refunds, partial refunds, or account credits may be considered at our sole discretion

  • Supporting documentation may be required

  • Determinations will be based on factors such as program usage, time elapsed, and work already completed

 

4. Case-by-Case Review Standard

All refund requests are evaluated individually. Factors considered include:

  • Amount of programming (training and/or nutrition) already delivered

  • Time invested in onboarding, consultation, and customization

  • Time elapsed since purchase

  • Reason for the request

  • Client compliance with onboarding and communication requirements

  • Level of participation and progress within the program

This standard is intended to ensure fairness while accounting for the time and labor required to deliver individualized services.

 

5. Processing Fees

If a refund is approved, all third-party payment processing fees (including but not limited to Wix, Stripe, or similar platforms) will be deducted from the refunded amount. These fees are non-recoverable and are not retained by Compound PW.

 

6. Timing of Requests

Refund requests must be submitted within a reasonable timeframe after the issue arises. Delayed requests may impact eligibility.

 

7. Communication & Submission

All refund requests must be submitted in writing via email to:
compoundpw@gmail.com

Please include:

  • Client name

  • Purchase date

  • Program type and length

  • Detailed reason for the request

  • Relevant medical documentation (if applicable)

 

8. Final Decision Authority

All refund determinations are made at the sole discretion of Compound Performance & Wellness and are considered final.
