Athletic Programming

We utilize the TrainHeroic app to deliver our Athletic Programming directly on your smartphone. This allows you to input in real time your weight used, reps completed, elapsed time, and notes for next time. We use this data to craft your next week of programming with the right adjustments to maximize your improvement.

Your TrainHeroic subscription is included in your signup. A proper walk-through along with the full onboarding process will be provided after your initial consultation

Wellness

Our wellness coaching focuses on helping clients build awareness and structure healthy habits around food. We recognize there is no one-size-fits-all approach when it comes to nutrition. This is why rather than imposing extreme diet plans, we focus on creating personalized approaches that fit your goals and can be maintained long-term.

By implementing nutrition tracking, personalized guidance, and consistent check-ins, we help you reach your wellness goals.

Join The Team

We offer a variety of training packages that take place over 4, 12, or 24 weeks. A free initial consultation allows us to get a better understanding of you, your goals, and expectations moving forward. Weekly follow-up meetings are included in each package to track progress and go over the plan for the following week.
